These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and any orders placed for Viteta through this website. By using this site, you agree to these terms. The website is operated by Tairett Dayani Torchia Trucco, Sole trader (individual), Principal Simon Urbina 145-13, Cativá, Colón, Panama.

1. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, disrupt its operation, or use it to transmit harmful or misleading content. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who misuse the site.

2. Ordering and sale conditions

To place an order, you submit your name and phone number through the order form. This constitutes an order request, not a confirmed order. Our team will contact you by telephone to confirm the order, delivery address and timing. A binding contract is formed at the moment we confirm the order by phone and dispatch the goods.

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes. The current price for Viteta is $51.99 NZD per pack of 90 capsules. Payment is made in cash or by card to the courier at the time of delivery. No online payment is required or accepted. You may cancel your order at no cost before dispatch by informing us during the confirmation call or by email.

3. Limitation of liability and product disclaimer

Viteta is a food supplement and is not a medicine. Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. We make no warranties regarding the suitability of Viteta for any particular individual. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of Viteta or this website shall not exceed the price paid for the product.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and design, is the property of Tairett Dayani Torchia Trucco or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an unopened pack of Viteta for a full refund. Full details are set out in our Return Policy.

6. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. If you have a concern, please contact us at [email protected]. If we cannot resolve the matter directly, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts and governed by New Zealand law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
