About the product
Take one capsule per day with a meal and a full glass of water. Swallow the capsule whole - do not chew or crush it. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Each pack contains 90 capsules. At one capsule per day, this is a 90-day supply - approximately three months.
Simply continue the following day at the usual dose. Do not take two capsules to compensate for a missed dose.

You may cancel at any point before dispatch - simply inform us during the confirmation call or contact us by email. After delivery, you have 14 calendar days to return an unopened pack. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
You may simply decline to accept the parcel from the courier. Since payment is on delivery, declining the parcel cancels the transaction at no cost to you.
