From order to door
Phone confirmation: we call to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch.
Dispatch: within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
Delivery time: typically 2-4 business days within NZ after dispatch.
Payment: cash or card to the courier on arrival. Nothing paid online.
Returns: 14 calendar days for unopened packs. See Return Policy.

Returns
14-day return window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unopened packs in their original sealed condition are accepted. Contact us by email or phone to begin the process.
Once an inner seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will arrange a resolution.
